Decim is the bartender of Quindecim and an acting arbiter for the dead. His faction deals with people who have died at the same time. He takes his job as an arbiter seriously, believes everyone can and should be judged, and that, as an arbiter, he would judge them.
Price shown is for one (1) lens. All of my lenses are custom hand painted edge to edge. *There is a $35.00 up charge per lens for Toric lenses. Lens is weighted so not to spin.
